🔑 The 6-Step Purchasing Process

1. Initial Research & Contact

Explore the website and tour our model. Call or email us anytime — we’re here to help.

2. Lot Reservation & Order Summary

Pick your space, and we’ll send over an Order Summary for review. We’ll hold your space while your cabin is ordered.

3. Purchase Agreement & Deposit

Review and sign the Purchase Agreement. A $5,000 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your cabin.

4. Cabin Production

Your cabin is placed in the production queue. Estimated build time is 10–12 weeks. Before shipping, you’ll pay 50% of the total price (or provide loan approval).

5. Setup & Finishing Touches

We’ll handle delivery, HVAC install, landscaping, and more (usually 4–5 weeks). You’re welcome to inspect your cabin during this phase.

6. Final Payment & Ownership

Once everything is complete, you’ll sign the lease and receive the title to your cabin. Final payment is due before move-in.
